WaterRower TV offers an immersive indoor rowing experience by streaming real-life motion videos from a variety of natural settings such as lakes, oceans, and rivers globally. The GPS tracking feature, utilizing Google Maps, provides viewers with the route details of each video, offering a precise location of their virtual rowing journey.

Upon selecting Challenge Mode, users can engage in rowing competitions with other WaterRower TV participants as the videos adjust automatically based on their rowing speed. Alternatively, by choosing Discovery Mode, users can enjoy the scenic views at the original video speed without competitive elements.

For enhancing performance, WaterRower TV provides instructional videos and studio class workouts through its Coaching Mode, aimed at elevating one's rowing abilities.

Although compatible with any indoor rowing machine, WaterRower TV is optimized for use with a Bluetooth-enabled WaterRower to fully utilize its interactive features.

The key features of WaterRower TV include:

<li>Streaming real-life GPS-mapped footage of water bodies worldwide</li>
<li>Tracking performance metrics like speed, distance, and time when connected to a WaterRower</li>
<li>Integration with Bluetooth heart rate monitors for additional training data monitoring</li>

Additionally, the app is compatible with Apple Watch for heart rate monitoring and can sync data to Apple Health regarding distance covered, heart rate, and calories burned.

Users are reminded that WaterRower TV can be utilized with any indoor rowing machine. To access interactive features, it is necessary to link a Bluetooth-enabled WaterRower via the S5 Performance Monitor or S4 Performance Monitor fitted ComModule.
